the Technician who performed the work did a great job and the door works perfectly. However, when I posted on face book what garage door opener replacement should cost the response amount was about half what I paid. The average amount posted was $700 to $800. I paid $1990 which I thought was too much at the time but my old opener was already taken apart. The tech was only here for about 1.5 hours

I had heard the company name Precision for garage door needs. I was able to get an appointment same day, I was really only thinking I would like new rollers (18 yrs of use) but when talking to to the young man Chris McVeigh the technician he did show me other places of wear. No pressure just the facts. He was professional and polite. So I went ahead did a complete overhaul and I couldn't be happier.

I was locked out of house and wouldn’t you know it, my garage keypad decided to give up ghost on this day. I changed the batteries & it still didn't work. So I called Precision & they sent out, the same day, a very nice technician, Michael McMann. He listened to my saga and validated my concern. He checked our main drive on garage door and such enough, the keypad died. Michael replaced it & help me set up a new PIN. He was very polite & knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the efficiency & competency of Precision. We’ve used them before & will again.

We accidentally erased the programming on our garage door opener while setting up the opener in our new car. We called Precision Garage Doors on a Friday evening. I was surprised and very pleased that a technician was scheduled to come out the next morning. Jackson called when he was 20 minutes away and had the system back in shape very quickly. Originally purchased thru Lowes/Angi's List for the installation. After a month of cancelations and rescheduling, Angi's List ... thru an email.... said they could not find a company to install and refunded my money for the installation.... Now I have a garage door opener with no one to install it! I am disabled and I really need the door to function properly. I called Precision and they were literally here in a hour! Chris did a wonderful job! He did not try to sell me a whole new system or pressure you into something you don't need. He installed the unit, showed me how to operate it, cleaned up and was very polite and kind. Definitely earned a new customer after this experience! Any issues with my doors I will be calling Precision Garage Doors!!

Had garage door break late and night and Googled 24hr Garage door repair, Precision was the first one that came up. They were not able to come out that night, but were there first thing in the morning ,on a Sunday!!! The tech Jackson was very nice took time to explain to me all the repairs that needed to be done and what I could wait on to have done.
