Service is excellent, the service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for hardware were way too extreme. For example, I was quoted for a new Garage Door Brace Bracket $165. Found one for $22 delivered. Also was quoted over $600 for 24 Garage Door Wheels Really. Anyway I understand we all have to make a living. But in this aspect, just did NOT make any sense. I have only had service on the drive unit, once in more than 14 yrs. Precision was a random pick online. I was lucky, they are a well run company and represent themselves in a professional manner. On Sunday, the spring on the garage door broke and the door could not be opened even manually. Immediate response, scheduling and an inspection the same day. Installation of a new door the next day. From the initial telephone call through completion of the door installation the staff were courteous, respectful, and efficient.
