We had a very difficult problem with our garage door that plagued us and the crew at Precision Garage Door. After a week of struggling and frustration, they not only made everything work, they went above and beyond all of our expectations to make sure we were satisfied and happy! The entire crew was was wonderful, polite and professional, from the telephone receptionist to the installers. They not only fixed our problem, they made a customer for life! I have only had service on the drive unit, once in more than 14 yrs. Precision was a random pick online. I was lucky, they are a well run company and represent themselves in a professional manner. Time will tell if the work holds up, I chose a 7 year warranty but Arnold did a very good job and I'm confident the work is top notch.

We choose Precision from visiting their website and reading several reviews and what brands of garage door openers they service. The communication from scheduling the appt. and actual appt. were outstanding! The Service Tech Arnold Simpson was very professional and thorough on all aspects of the service call. I was presented with several different quotes on replacing the door opener to repairing this 23 year old Genie Door Opener! Mr. Arnold was friendly, professional and excellent at his work! He replaced all of the nylon rollers along with the Genie Trolley and lubricated the entire door. We will recommended your company anytime we speak with any of our neighbors now and in the future.
