the Technician who performed the work did a great job and the door works perfectly. However, when I posted on face book what garage door opener replacement should cost the response amount was about half what I paid. The average amount posted was $700 to $800. I paid $1990 which I thought was too much at the time but my old opener was already taken apart. The tech was only here for about 1.5 hours

I had heard the company name Precision for garage door needs. I was able to get an appointment same day, I was really only thinking I would like new rollers (18 yrs of use) but when talking to to the young man Chris McVeigh the technician he did show me other places of wear. No pressure just the facts. He was professional and polite. So I went ahead did a complete overhaul and I couldn't be happier.

Josh did an amazing job that was done very efficiently. He responded extremely quickly after we called. He explained each item that needed to be replaced and the reasons for his recommendation. There were many new products required even though only one is listed below. He is very professional and Precision is very fortunate to have him on staff.

I was very pleased with the technician Erin that serviced my garage door. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Erin explained all the things that contributed to my problem in terms that I could understand. He asked several times if I had any questions in between his explanations. When he completed my job there were no signs of packaging or remnants of any supplies left behind. He is an asset to Precision. I would definitely call again and request him, also recommend him.
