We talked about their trucks carrying a range of product offerings, not just high end, and how to improve their training. In the end, I was well pleased and now upgraded their rating to 5 stars. the Technician who performed the work did a great job and the door works perfectly. However, when I posted on face book what garage door opener replacement should cost the response amount was about half what I paid. The average amount posted was $700 to $800. I paid $1990 which I thought was too much at the time but my old opener was already taken apart. The tech was only here for about 1.5 hours

I had heard the company name Precision for garage door needs. I was able to get an appointment same day, I was really only thinking I would like new rollers (18 yrs of use) but when talking to to the young man Chris McVeigh the technician he did show me other places of wear. No pressure just the facts. He was professional and polite. So I went ahead did a complete overhaul and I couldn't be happier.
