I’m fairly new to this area. However, I see the Precision truck in my community a lot & I thought that was a good sign because there services are frequently used. I’m so glad I called,it was on a Sunday night & was told that they would send a technician out Monday morning at 8am. & they came came right on time. I needed a new Garage Door Opener & roller repair. Work was done in around 2 hrs. Although it was an unexpected expense I was able to work out a payment plan. Every detail & instruction for job was explained & any questions I had were answered. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, I was very pleased.

Sticker shock !! I think it was quite pricey but the service tech Josh Hink was awesome! He was knowledgeable and speedy and friendly. He looked over the entire door to make sure all was good and made the recommended repairs. He replaced the springs rollers and bearings. He even showed me the worn out parts after he removed them. I will use Precision again for sure.

Josh did an amazing job that was done very efficiently. He responded extremely quickly after we called. He explained each item that needed to be replaced and the reasons for his recommendation. Precision fixed my door before and I was pleased so I'm a repeat customer. Josh was very courteous and professional. He tweaked the motor and hopefully the door will remain shut and not rise on its own. 4 Stars for now - 5 if my door operates normally. TBD.

I googled garage doors in your company was the first one that came up. I set up an online appointment at six in the morning and Josh H was here by 1015. It was polite, courteous informative just a great guy good first impression so much that we immediately scheduled to purchase a brand new door.

Called on Saturday expecting a high weekend cost. Had no idea what was wrong with the garage and had been a frustrating, bad week for me. Josh came out promptly and in no time fixed my garage. I will and have referred Precision to my neighbors and will call them whenever needed.
