The serviceman, Michael, was knowageable and helpful. The cost, however, was astronomical. Way more than it should have been for replacement of some metal parts and their placement which took a bit more than an hour.

We really appreciated Precision. Our garage door was malfunctioning due to aging of the metal parts. We needed to keep repairs within a specific budget and they worked with us to tell us what was most important to least important so we could make an informed decision within our budget. The tech was quick, efficient and friendly!

MIKE MY TECHICAN WAS HERE I GREETED HIM AT THE DOOR & I SHOWED HIM THE PROBLEM & HE OVERLOOKED THE SITUATION & TOLD ME GO RELAX & HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. IT FELT LIKE 15-MINUTES & HE CAME & TOLD THE JOJ WAS DONE & FIXED. HE SHOWED ME WHAT HE HAD DONE & TOLD ME NO CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.HE WAS TRULY PROFESSIONAL & VERY COURTEOUS & THAT'S WHY I WILL KEEP USING PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. THANK YOU!! I have been a customer for about 10 years. Why have I stayed so long? Because on Sunday, I called 3 other companies because I could not get out of my garage. The person who answered the phone told me she had a tech on duty and she could have him at my house within 2 hours! That is definition of customer service service! The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, professional and customer focused. Their explanations are clear and they always provide the pros and cons of the issue and solution.

The Spring on our garage door had broken. Precision came out the next morning. They gave us several options. We chose the best option for us and they had the door fixed within an hour. They even adjusted the rollers and lubricated the door completely. The tech was professional, informative and friendly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!!

I was locked out of house and wouldn’t you know it, my garage keypad decided to give up ghost on this day. I changed the batteries & it still didn't work. So I called Precision & they sent out, the same day, a very nice technician, Michael McMann. He listened to my saga and validated my concern. He checked our main drive on garage door and such enough, the keypad died. Michael replaced it & help me set up a new PIN. He was very polite & knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the efficiency & competency of Precision. We’ve used them before & will again.
