I used their on line service to book the appointment it was fast and very easy to book. They arrived on time and called before they came. They explained what they needed to do and got the job done. The service man was great very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The whole experience from start to finish was so great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much.

Originally purchased thru Lowes/Angi's List for the installation. After a month of cancelations and rescheduling, Angi's List ... thru an email.... said they could not find a company to install and refunded my money for the installation.... Now I have a garage door opener with no one to install it! I am disabled and I really need the door to function properly. I called Precision and they were literally here in a hour! Chris did a wonderful job! He did not try to sell me a whole new system or pressure you into something you don't need. He installed the unit, showed me how to operate it, cleaned up and was very polite and kind. Definitely earned a new customer after this experience! Any issues with my doors I will be calling Precision Garage Doors!!
