Our door suddenly started binding when closing. We called Precision and they put us on the schedule right away. Luke came out, inspected everything and diagnosed the problem right away. He made the necessary adjustments to make it right. The door works like new now. Luke was very friendly and professional. He came out, went to work right away and knew exactly what to do. Precision will be our first and only choice if any problems occur in the future. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Precision is very prompt...I called them on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday and the gentleman that came was very nice..his name was Luke and he listened to me intently and then he went to work to figure out my problem and presented the results to me and I agreed for him to take care of it and he did and was very courteous...I had a friend ask me who fixed my garage door problem and I immediately said PRECISION...

We live in the Brooksville area and had a problem with our garage door opener. Called Precision and was able to get service the same day although our problem was not urgent. Our technician, Luke, arrived on schedule did an analysis and explained to us our options. We decided to replace the opener. Luke was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took out the old unit and installed the new one in less than an hour. Luke is truly an excellent technician and is a great asset for Precision Garage Door! Highly recommend them for any garage door problem.

On Sunday, the spring on the garage door broke and the door could not be opened even manually. Immediate response, scheduling and an inspection the same day. Installation of a new door the next day. From the initial telephone call through completion of the door installation the staff were courteous, respectful, and efficient. Telephone follow up, notification prior to arrival, positive attitude of employees greatly appreciated. A rarity among many service providers today.

So we had a new garage installed a couple of years ago from Precision and apparently it wasn't installed correctly and failed.they came out today and fixed the door and didn't charge me anything. All companies make mistakes, but the good companies fix there mistake no matter what. I highly recommend Precision, I will definitely call them on my next install. Thank you!
