I read a lot of reviews before calling and getting my garage door serviced. I went with Precision. Travis Dobson was highly recommended. When I called I requested him. He did not disappoint. Not only did he perform quality work. My garage door sounds brand new. It has never sounded so good! He explained everything perfectly. Travis was one of the nicest people that I have ever met. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in. Upon arriving, they came in to the garage, inquired about what the problem was and proceeded to fix the problem. They located the most likely reason why the door wasn't opening properly and made the necessary adjustments necessary to fix it. It was something that I hadn't even considered that caused the problem, they really do know their business. Thank you for such excellent service in a timely and professional manner, I'm glad I choose your company for service, I would never consider going anywhere else for service, Not only did they do a great job both this time and last (Jose Rosario in April 2019), they were also just really nice people.
