called Precision and scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door. The scheduled it within the timeframe I needed was prompt and inform me all the way up to the time Luis Pizarro showed up. Luis did a quick assessment of the problem and informed me how he would perform the repair. My bad luck it was the Genie door opener that was bad. Luis Pizarro gave me a few solutions and a few options on pricing. Once the money option was out of the way Luis went to work and had the job completed professional and very thorough, not only did i have the broken garage door opener replaced i had Luis install a 2nd opener in my other garage, Thank you guys for not only sending a very professional person but also for working with me on pricing.
