I’m fairly new to this area. However, I see the Precision truck in my community a lot & I thought that was a good sign because there services are frequently used. I’m so glad I called,it was on a Sunday night & was told that they would send a technician out Monday morning at 8am. & they came came right on time. I needed a new Garage Door Opener & roller repair. Work was done in around 2 hrs. Although it was an unexpected expense I was able to work out a payment plan. Every detail & instruction for job was explained & any questions I had were answered. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, I was very pleased.

Sticker shock !! I think it was quite pricey but the service tech Josh Hink was awesome! He was knowledgeable and speedy and friendly. He looked over the entire door to make sure all was good and made the recommended repairs. He replaced the springs rollers and bearings. He even showed me the worn out parts after he removed them. I will use Precision again for sure.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Why have I stayed so long? Because on Sunday, I called 3 other companies because I could not get out of my garage. The person who answered the phone told me she had a tech on duty and she could have him at my house within 2 hours! That is definition of customer service service! The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, professional and customer focused. Their explanations are clear and they always provide the pros and cons of the issue and solution.

My technician Lucas was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was quick to diagnose the problem and went right to work on fixing the problem. Turns out I just needed an adjustment to my garage door. He had my door up and working within 45 minutes. The price was reasonable too! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door!

Yes, Precision did meet my expectations. Braxton was very courteous really nice guy. He also showed me some other items that need to be addressed. My garage door was installed back in 1998. So it just time to make the repairs. Broken spring and some other items. Well I'm aware of Precision so I made the call. My door broke on Sunday, no problem they sent Braxton right away. He really did a nice job and cleaned up after himself. If you have garage door problems. Don't mess around call the best.

The technician was here within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. The belt assembly was worn and replaced it. Additionally, he fixed a problem with the shutting mechanism and greased the motor for No Charge!! He also gave me 10% off for being a retired fireman. First class individual and company.
