The serviceman, Michael, was knowageable and helpful. The cost, however, was astronomical. Way more than it should have been for replacement of some metal parts and their placement which took a bit more than an hour.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all he gave me a quote with exactly what I was looking for and did not try to up sell me on any other services. In the end after getting multiple quotes I went with precision garage door to do the installation of two garage doors i had in the property. Over all I'm extremely happy with the service they provided and the quality of the work. I would recommend them over and over again.

JERRY was the installer- courteous, eager to get to work, completed the job in less time than we were told. Overall, did an AWESOME job.
