I was very pleased with the technician Erin that serviced my garage door.
He is very knowledgeable in his field.
Erin explained all the things that contributed to my problem in terms that I could understand. He asked several times if I had any questions in between his explanations.
When he completed my job there were no signs of packaging or remnants of any supplies left behind.
He is an asset to Precision. I would definitely call again and request him, also recommend him.
