After spending 10 days in PA due toa parent"s death we arrived home and our garage door was not working properly. We suspected by the sound that it was the motor. We have owned the house sinve 2018. We had the door replaced by another company in 2020. They only replaced the door. When Adam ?the techmician came he inspected everything. He said the motor was done. It was installed 2012, brand was no longer available. He showed me where the techs who had replaced the door did not put all the hinges on the door panels, the brackets were installed incorrectly and door rubbed against the wall, the wood bracing the track was starting to rot and crack, and weather strip was coming loose. We told him to fix everything. The door goes up smoothely and very very quietly. It came with a camera, so after you install the app you can see if your garage door is open, and you can also open and close the door remotely with wifi. New wood, all hinges are installed. New key pad.... Cost $2,700. A little more then we were expecting to pay, but they came right away, the next morning, 5 year warranty, much quieter door, peace of mind which is priceless.

called Precision and scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door. The scheduled it within the timeframe I needed was prompt and inform me all the way up to the time Luis Pizarro showed up. Luis did a quick assessment of the problem and informed me how he would perform the repair. My bad luck it was the Genie door opener that was bad. Luis Pizarro gave me a few solutions and a few options on pricing. Once the money option was out of the way Luis went to work and had the job completed professional and very thorough, not only did i have the broken garage door opener replaced i had Luis install a 2nd opener in my other garage, Thank you guys for not only sending a very professional person but also for working with me on pricing. Precious Garage were on time professional. The service guy was nice neat and clean in a Company shirt. One thing I really liked was he had a fully stocked service truck and was able to do the job without making trips to get parts. If I had one complaint it would be. The service guy is taught to up sale the service call, but every few minutes he was constantly coming to tell me this needs to be replaced and this was. Finally after about 5 times I told the service guy just fix what we agreed on the first conversation and be done.

Chris was on time and very helpful. Was given an estimate and what was covered under warranty in just a few minutes. Repair was made right away and he explained everything.the whole job of replacing the overhead springs and reinforcement plate only took around an hour or so. I would recommend to anyone who needs service.

I’m fairly new to this area. However, I see the Precision truck in my community a lot & I thought that was a good sign because there services are frequently used. I’m so glad I called,it was on a Sunday night & was told that they would send a technician out Monday morning at 8am. & they came came right on time. I needed a new Garage Door Opener & roller repair. Work was done in around 2 hrs. Although it was an unexpected expense I was able to work out a payment plan.
