MIKE MY TECHICAN WAS HERE I GREETED HIM AT THE DOOR & I SHOWED HIM THE PROBLEM & HE OVERLOOKED THE SITUATION & TOLD ME GO RELAX & HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. IT FELT LIKE 15-MINUTES & HE CAME & TOLD THE JOJ WAS DONE & FIXED. Sticker shock !! I think it was quite pricey but the service tech Josh Hink was awesome! He was knowledgeable and speedy and friendly. He looked over the entire door to make sure all was good and made the recommended repairs. He replaced the springs rollers and bearings. He even showed me the worn out parts after he removed them. I will use Precision again for sure.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Why have I stayed so long? Because on Sunday, I called 3 other companies because I could not get out of my garage. The person who answered the phone told me she had a tech on duty and she could have him at my house within 2 hours! That is definition of customer service service! The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, professional and customer focused. Their explanations are clear and they always provide the pros and cons of the issue and solution.

I had Andrew Hornsby out to my house last night for a panel change out and a new 3/4 hp motor install, as the one I had was really aged and loud. Although it was late, and a really long day for Andrew, he maintained a professional attitude and was really congenial as he was working steadily. He not only made me feel confident about the change out, as a customer, but explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions so we fully understood the capacity of the unit and the amenities that go with it. My technician Lucas was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was quick to diagnose the problem and went right to work on fixing the problem. Turns out I just needed an adjustment to my garage door. He had my door up and working within 45 minutes. The price was reasonable too! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door!
