Our garage door opener broke and I called Precision among others for an estimate. You were first to come out and your representative was very professional. According to your advertising it appeared you offered a free estimate. I did not see in the fine print that didn't include a opener, only the door. He kindly waved the fee. Unfortunately your estimate was almost double your competitors estimate. It saddens me to see this much of a discrepancy for the same product being sold to seniors on a fixed income. It may be something you want to consider as I will not be recommending your company because of it.

They gave me a 10-12 timeframe, but didn't show up until almost 11. I had to be at work by 12 so we couldn't finish the repairs. I guess i'll have to take a day off next time to get my repairs done.
