the Technician who performed the work did a great job and the door works perfectly. However, when I posted on face book what garage door opener replacement should cost the response amount was about half what I paid. The average amount posted was $700 to $800. I paid $1990 which I thought was too much at the time but my old opener was already taken apart. The tech was only here for about 1.5 hours

I found Precision online, called for an appointment and was greeted by a pleasant young lady who asked some key questions, gave adequate information and set up an appointment within two days. The technician, Josh was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He did the repairs in a timely manner, explained the details of what was fixed or replaced and left the area clean. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Joshua was very prompt and courteous. He explained all my issues in great detail, gave me options on my repairs and completed me spring replacement in under an hour. He made a worrisome situation much easier to deal with.

The technician, Joshua was great. He was very professional and after assessing the problem with the garage door he explained the problem with the door and provided what I felt was a fair estimate to repair the door. He then repaired the door that day, from the time he got here to the finishing of the repairs was a total of at least 2 hours! I was very impressed and when I build my house I will definately be using them again.

I was very impressed by Joshua. He evaluated the problem and gave us some options. He was on time and very efficient. He was courteous and did a very good job. He basically rebuild the door and installed a new spring, cables and a belt drive closer. We would definitely recommend.
