Our technician, Corbin, was awesome! He arrived on time, and suggested different methods of what could be done to fix our issue. The main issue that was fixed was the broken spring, and he completed the job in a timely manner. The price was great too! Thank you! Wow, what great company! Showed up early called a head of time as promised. Found out our door issue was a simple fix, we expected at least a service call charge and would’ve been ok w that … yet our awesome tech said “no charge”! With todays economy that’s unheard of, we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely use and recommend these guys for all future garage door issues. We called Precision and they were able to send Josh out the next day to analyze our problem. He looked over our garage door opener which blew up and he replaced the garage door opener with an updated one. He also replaced all the bent rails. What a wonderful experience! I explained the warranty issue we had with the garage door trim or seal (not sure of the terminology) which was assessed and agreed to be an issue. They got down to doing the fixing the issue and it was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. My husband inspected it afterwards and was quite happy with the results. Our service man was Mike Fanning. We had a spring break ( of three ) on a Sunday. Mike was able to get to our home at 7:30pm. Our springs were 22 years old. We decided to replace all three. Mike is a pro. Had all three done in 80 minutes. Fantastic job. Mike is polite, clean and a great worker. Highly recommend Precision and Mike Fanning as the Techinician

I had a 30 year old garage door that finally died. Precision came out, secured the door, and got my new door installation arranged in a timely fashion. The biggest problem was getting the labor out here to get it installed (which there's a labor shortage everywhere in every skilled trade). The installation crew arrived on time, and did the job in a very professional manner. I was particularly impressed with how the foreman cleaned up messes as he went. This, of course, reduces confusion over lost parts, people stepping on new products, etc. I chose Precision due to their ads about coming any time and having products on hand. I had looked into this previously with a smaller company and was told parts were 6 months out. I am very happy (albeit I had to put out a fair bit of money).

Service is excellent, the service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for hardware were way too extreme. For example, I was quoted for a new Garage Door Brace Bracket $165. Found one for $22 delivered. Also was quoted over $600 for 24 Garage Door Wheels Really. Anyway I understand we all have to make a living. But in this aspect, just did NOT make any sense. I have only had service on the drive unit, once in more than 14 yrs. Precision was a random pick online. I was lucky, they are a well run company and represent themselves in a professional manner. We live in the Brooksville area and had a problem with our garage door opener. Called Precision and was able to get service the same day although our problem was not urgent. Our technician, Luke, arrived on schedule did an analysis and explained to us our options. We decided to replace the opener. Luke was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took out the old unit and installed the new one in less than an hour. Luke is truly an excellent technician and is a great asset for Precision Garage Door! Highly recommend them for any garage door problem.

The guy that repaired my clunky door was terrific. He not only knew exactly what my problems were, he did his work in a very businesslike manner. When I asked to be careful to watch for my cat when he opens the door, he paid more attention to my cat than I usually do. Nice guy too.
