On Sunday, the spring on the garage door broke and the door could not be opened even manually. Immediate response, scheduling and an inspection the same day. Installation of a new door the next day. The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way. Joshua, the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and if I ever need them in the future, I would not hesitate to call. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

She got our door to be installed the next day . When they came to install the door wolf called before he was coming .he showed up on time and was very very friendly and explained everything the whole time he was working . Wolf clean up after he was finished. Then he explained everything about the door and kept asking if we had any questions . I recommend them to do business with they are very very good thank you for a job well done
