Angel came out and he was the best tech i ever dealt with, he explained everything and even broke down the cost and what I needed to do and what could wait. He was very efficient and tidy, very pleasant. At the end, he explained everything and showed us all that was done. Everything done I give Angel 10/10 across the board.

Had a broken torsion spring. Couldn’t get my truck out of the garage. Called Precision and made an appointment. 4 hr window. Tech arrived at 7:30PM and finished at 9PM. Professional work. 40 year old garage door mechanism. Needs work. Fixed door. Will work for years now. Price was high but I know Precision is pricey. I went ahead anyway. Needed the door fixed.
