Explained my problem to James, the Precision service tech that made the on site visit. He discussed all of the options that were available to me from repairing a twenty 23 year old unit to a fulll replacement. I chose the upgraded unit with wifi access which allows me to use my phone to activate the door. James did a great job explaining the different options and costs related to each. Once I made the final decision on the best option for me he immediately went to work and completed the project in a timewith no problem.ly fashion. (Garage door opener, new spring and rubber bottom door seal.) I downloaded the door opening app on my phone easily and was able to activate the door from my phone. James was very helpful and friendly through out the process.

On Sunday, the spring on the garage door broke and the door could not be opened even manually. Immediate response, scheduling and an inspection the same day. Installation of a new door the next day. From the initial telephone call through completion of the door installation the staff were courteous, respectful, and efficient. Telephone follow up, notification prior to arrival, positive attitude of employees greatly appreciated. A rarity among many service providers today.

So we had a new garage installed a couple of years ago from Precision and apparently it wasn't installed correctly and failed.they came out today and fixed the door and didn't charge me anything. This is the 3rd or fourth time I've used Precision. called yesterday, came this morning - repaired one door and replaced spring mechanism on the other. Very professional, cleaned up afterwords, thorough explanation of what the services would be and the price. Done everything within about 1.5 hours as stated. Given all the contractors I've had at my home - these guys are the best by far. I don't even ask for quotes from other firms when it comes to the garage doors. I've had different techs and all great - this time it was Jose Rosario. Thanks to Jose and the team. I don't typically write reviews -Be safe.

The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way. Joshua, the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me something I did not need.
