The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way. Joshua, the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and if I ever need them in the future, I would not hesitate to call. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

We just had a steel building placed for boat and additional storage. We decided to call Precision for the opener and install. We had an appointment within two days, and had a great installer. Our technician was prompt and courteous. I was surprised that the cost he presented was much higher than the price range quoted over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. He took the time to explain the additional repairs and show us the parts in question. The work was done in a reasonable time frame, and the garage door works excellently. I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in. Upon arriving, they came in to the garage, inquired about what the problem was and proceeded to fix the problem. They located the most likely reason why the door wasn't opening properly and made the necessary adjustments necessary to fix it. It was something that I hadn't even considered that caused the problem, they really do know their business. Thank you for such excellent service in a timely and professional manner, I'm glad I choose your company for service, I would never consider going anywhere else for service, Not only did they do a great job both this time and last (Jose Rosario in April 2019), they were also just really nice people. We choose Precision from visiting their website and reading several reviews and what brands of garage door openers they service. The communication from scheduling the appt. and actual appt. were outstanding! The Service Tech Arnold Simpson was very professional and thorough on all aspects of the service call. I was presented with several different quotes on replacing the door opener to repairing this 23 year old Genie Door Opener! Mr. Arnold was friendly, professional and excellent at his work! He replaced all of the nylon rollers along with the Genie Trolley and lubricated the entire door. We will recommended your company anytime we speak with any of our neighbors now and in the future. Very Satisfied! Brian W
