We live in the Brooksville area and had a problem with our garage door opener. Called Precision and was able to get service the same day although our problem was not urgent. Our technician, Luke, arrived on schedule did an analysis and explained to us our options. We decided to replace the opener. Luke was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took out the old unit and installed the new one in less than an hour. Luke is truly an excellent technician and is a great asset for Precision Garage Door! Highly recommend them for any garage door problem.

Jesse did a fabulous job with our problem (opener lights weren't working correctly) He also identified an issue with the lubrication of the door. He instructed me how to properly lubricate the hinges and rollers. The door is much quieter than it was. I'm very happy with this company!

The guy that repaired my clunky door was terrific. He not only knew exactly what my problems were, he did his work in a very businesslike manner. When I asked to be careful to watch for my cat when he opens the door, he paid more attention to my cat than I usually do. Nice guy too.
