Overall I've had Precision for I think 4 times. Always quick to respond and can fix what's broken. Good concept they have. All 4 times a different technician and same good service. I would rate higher but the problem was with the spools/cables unwound. Door equipment (all except the door itself) was all new. This was about 2 years and a couple months and it came unwound. Should've been a free call or much less that the $109.00 I was charged. Again the tech did a good job but a bit of sour taste having to pay what I paid.

Starting with my phone call my hats off to Macy for her excellent customer services skills it was a pleasure to speak with someone who had a sense of humor, she explained all about my appointment and what to expect and gave me a time when to expect a Technician, and my Technician Jesse B called me to let me know he was on his way. When Jesse arrived he was polite and very courteous his appearance was neat and clean. Jesse performed his inspection and then told me what my problem was with my opener, he took the time to explained all my options to me. After giving him my approval Jesse went to work and told me he would be done in about one and a half hours but was done in one hour. After the complete install Jesse took the time to explain how to operate the door and how to program all remotes and then explained the warranty to me. One again outstanding customer service skills. I did have to call the office to find out the of the young lady that took my call yesterday, and Destiny the young lady that answered the phone was simply amazing also. So as I see it Precision has all the experience people in the right places. I am now a raving fan of Precision overhead doors. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank You Precision Al A

I found Precision online, called for an appointment and was greeted by a pleasant young lady who asked some key questions, gave adequate information and set up an appointment within two days. The technician, Josh was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He did the repairs in a timely manner, explained the details of what was fixed or replaced and left the area clean. Our garage door opener broke and I called Precision among others for an estimate. You were first to come out and your representative was very professional. According to your advertising it appeared you offered a free estimate. I did not see in the fine print that didn't include a opener, only the door. He kindly waved the fee. Unfortunately your estimate was almost double your competitors estimate. It saddens me to see this much of a discrepancy for the same product being sold to seniors on a fixed income. It may be something you want to consider as I will not be recommending your company because of it.

We had a very difficult problem with our garage door that plagued us and the crew at Precision Garage Door. After a week of struggling and frustration, they not only made everything work, they went above and beyond all of our expectations to make sure we were satisfied and happy! The entire crew was was wonderful, polite and professional, from the telephone receptionist to the installers. They not only fixed our problem, they made a customer for life! Precision door came out right on time. They were Curtis us and very knowledgeable. I, as a consumer had done some research and called several local other door repair companies for quotes and had a pretty good idea of what the average price should be for a spring replacement. Precision showed me all the components to a door besides the springs that could wear and may need future fixing. I will be honest and say their pricing was substantially more that most other companies and it kind of made me feel like I was being taken for a ride. The awesome repair guys sensed my apprehension and asked what was wrong. I told them what pricing I had received and they said they would call the office . They soon came back and said they would meet the pricing of my other estimates which now made me feel even worse knowing they could bring this price down. I told them I didn’t feel right about this hole thing and is thanked them and told them I would find someone else. The repair men left only to return soon after with their manager Scott on the phone and this is where I had a conversation with someone who really cares about what they do. This manager and I had a conversation and he more than made up for how I was feeling. Scott stepped up and squared things up with me like few people in this world do. I will say he made an offer no one would refuse. This is a company with the up most integrity and care for its customers. The repairmen did a tremendous job and were super professional. To Mr. Scott, you asked me for my business in the future and to that I say not only mine but anyone who comes across me and needs a garage door fixed. Thank you, you are truly different.

I have only had service on the drive unit, once in more than 14 yrs. Precision was a random pick online. I was lucky, they are a well run company and represent themselves in a professional manner. Time will tell if the work holds up, I chose a 7 year warranty but Arnold did a very good job and I'm confident the work is top notch.

The technician, Joshua was great. He was very professional and after assessing the problem with the garage door he explained the problem with the door and provided what I felt was a fair estimate to repair the door. He then repaired the door that day, from the time he got here to the finishing of the repairs was a total of at least 2 hours! I was very impressed and when I build my house I will definately be using them again.

Our garage door went out and we called Precision. They had a tech out the next day, Jesse. They not only came on time and as promised but also repaired it the same day! Jesse was so professional and courteous and walked us through every stage of the repair. He asked us questions to make sure we were satisfied and even went over the invoice. He even provided us with his business card and thanked us for our business. Then after he left we received a copy of our payment via email. I could not ask for a better more professional company.
