I have called Precision twice now and have had Josh Hink both times. I was really happy to see him when I called the second time. He had installed a new opener on the first call and I was so pleased with his work and his demeanor was just outstanding; he is very professional and friendly. So when I had the second problem I knew exactly who to call. This time it was a broken spring and he identified the problem in 10 seconds. The job was completed in less than an hour and we even had time for a little chat. If I ever need Precision again I will be sure to ask for Josh

This is the second time I had a garage door problem. The first time was the springs this time was the door opener. Both times the technicians were courteous, timely, and went out of there way to make sure we were happy with t the job they did. Today's tech went so far as to thank us for having him here.

Austin performed masterfully installing a Liftmaster garage door opener. He also identified previously installed springs were not strong enough for the 8 foot two car garage door and immediately replaced them with the appropriate springs. He also programmed several remote controls and my car remote for three liftmaster openers and was successful at connecting two of them to the MyQ app which myself and others were not able to do. I am very pleased with his work and the results.

The work done was very thorough.The price to change two springs and lubricate the moving parts started at $588.00 which I felt was much too costly.I just replaced two springs and a hing lubricated moving parts on my illinois house one week earlier for $270.00. I was able to get the price down to $400.00 after some negotiations.when your dealing with seniors start with what you know is a fair price.

Service is excellent, the service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for hardware were way too extreme. For example, I was quoted for a new Garage Door Brace Bracket $165. Found one for $22 delivered. Also was quoted over $600 for 24 Garage Door Wheels Really. Anyway I understand we all have to make a living. But in this aspect, just did NOT make any sense. Ended up breaking the wire spool today and made a call to Precision. The lady who answered the phone was amazing and told me they would have a tech out today. Tech called to let me know he was on his way. He took a look and told us what needed to be done. He have a couple recommended options. Overall I've had Precision for I think 4 times. Always quick to respond and can fix what's broken. Good concept they have. All 4 times a different technician and same good service. I would rate higher but the problem was with the spools/cables unwound. Door equipment (all except the door itself) was all new. This was about 2 years and a couple months and it came unwound. Should've been a free call or much less that the $109.00 I was charged. Again the tech did a good job but a bit of sour taste having to pay what I paid.

Starting with my phone call my hats off to Macy for her excellent customer services skills it was a pleasure to speak with someone who had a sense of humor, she explained all about my appointment and what to expect and gave me a time when to expect a Technician, and my Technician Jesse B called me to let me know he was on his way. When Jesse arrived he was polite and very courteous his appearance was neat and clean. Jesse performed his inspection and then told me what my problem was with my opener, he took the time to explained all my options to me. After giving him my approval Jesse went to work and told me he would be done in about one and a half hours but was done in one hour. After the complete install Jesse took the time to explain how to operate the door and how to program all remotes and then explained the warranty to me. One again outstanding customer service skills. I did have to call the office to find out the of the young lady that took my call yesterday, and Destiny the young lady that answered the phone was simply amazing also. So as I see it Precision has all the experience people in the right places. I am now a raving fan of Precision overhead doors. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank You Precision Al A

I found Precision online, called for an appointment and was greeted by a pleasant young lady who asked some key questions, gave adequate information and set up an appointment within two days. The technician, Josh was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He did the repairs in a timely manner, explained the details of what was fixed or replaced and left the area clean. Our garage door opener broke and I called Precision among others for an estimate. You were first to come out and your representative was very professional. According to your advertising it appeared you offered a free estimate. I did not see in the fine print that didn't include a opener, only the door. He kindly waved the fee. Unfortunately your estimate was almost double your competitors estimate. It saddens me to see this much of a discrepancy for the same product being sold to seniors on a fixed income. It may be something you want to consider as I will not be recommending your company because of it.
