What a wonderful experience! I explained the warranty issue we had with the garage door trim or seal (not sure of the terminology) which was assessed and agreed to be an issue. They got down to doing the fixing the issue and it was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. My husband inspected it afterwards and was quite happy with the results. Our service man was Mike Fanning. We had a spring break ( of three ) on a Sunday. Mike was able to get to our home at 7:30pm. Our springs were 22 years old. We decided to replace all three. Mike is a pro. Had all three done in 80 minutes. Fantastic job. Mike is polite, clean and a great worker. Highly recommend Precision and Mike Fanning as the Techinician

Have used you since moving here (over 16 years). Always on time, technicians very friendly, dressed well. Robert was very attentive, did the work he felt was needed. I got 2 bearings replaced on my door that just had the main spring replaced in Nov. I think the price actually was a little steep - $286.00 for two outer bearings to be replaced. Not sure why the tech that was here in Nov didn't notice this and I would've had them replaced then - maybe saving me some dollars. All in all the phone, techs, and their workmanship is great. Best contractor overall I have used for things around my house. (according to Robert there were no comments on the work order from Nov).

I read a lot of reviews before calling and getting my garage door serviced. I went with Precision. Travis Dobson was highly recommended. When I called I requested him. He did not disappoint. Not only did he perform quality work. My garage door sounds brand new. It has never sounded so good! He explained everything perfectly. Travis was one of the nicest people that I have ever met. I had a 30 year old garage door that finally died. Precision came out, secured the door, and got my new door installation arranged in a timely fashion. The biggest problem was getting the labor out here to get it installed (which there's a labor shortage everywhere in every skilled trade). The installation crew arrived on time, and did the job in a very professional manner. I was particularly impressed with how the foreman cleaned up messes as he went. This, of course, reduces confusion over lost parts, people stepping on new products, etc. I chose Precision due to their ads about coming any time and having products on hand. I had looked into this previously with a smaller company and was told parts were 6 months out. I am very happy (albeit I had to put out a fair bit of money).

He worked on my door and fixed it so it opens correctly and lubed all the places that needed it. Precision was able to come out the same day I called for an appointment. I was impressed from the first phone call. Customer service was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I set up an appointment for a few days after my call. I received a call on the day of my appointment to see if I wanted to move my appointment to a early am time. I agreed and fifteen minuets before my appointment I received a call from Travis Dobson that he would be at my home. This kind of service does not happen much any more. In fact lately I have made appointments and nobody showed up and they didn't even bother to call. Travis was very patient with me and explained the different types of garage door openers and options. He also upgraded my not so quality garage door from another company that was installed ten years ago. After he was done with the installation he spent time showing me all the options of my new opener. He even programed the transmitter in my new car. I like the option that I can control the garage door from my cell phone. I am very pleased with the quality products and service from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Got call in AM. Garage is fixed with new Genie professional grade opener to replace over worked 8 year old Chamberlain unit.
