We choose Precision from visiting their website and reading several reviews and what brands of garage door openers they service. The communication from scheduling the appt. and actual appt. were outstanding! The Service Tech Arnold Simpson was very professional and thorough on all aspects of the service call. I was presented with several different quotes on replacing the door opener to repairing this 23 year old Genie Door Opener! Mr. Arnold was friendly, professional and excellent at his work! He replaced all of the nylon rollers along with the Genie Trolley and lubricated the entire door. We will recommended your company anytime we speak with any of our neighbors now and in the future. This is the best company to do business with all there employees from Brittney was very friendly and explained all options she was so nice we hire them right on the spot. She got our door to be installed the next day . When they came to install the door wolf called before he was coming .he showed up on time and was very very friendly and explained everything the whole time he was working . Wolf clean up after he was finished. Then he explained everything about the door and kept asking if we had any questions . I called and the young lady that answered was very nice and she set up for the technician to call me when he was in his way. About 15 minutes later he call to say he was on the way and he arrived on time. He came in and I showed him what I needed and told me he would do a inspection and let know how much it would cost. He showed me my options and I picked the one I wanted. He then installed the springs and was done in no time. Like that your company was there for my needs, and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend you if someone needed use of your sevices.

When I called to have a technician look at my garage door opener, I didn’t expect an appointment until earliest tomorrow. Luckily there was a tech in my area and arrived in about an hour.
