We called Precision and they were able to send Josh out the next day to analyze our problem. He looked over our garage door opener which blew up and he replaced the garage door opener with an updated one. He also replaced all the bent rails. He was very knowledgeable and completed all the work in a timely manner. Thank you Precision.

These guys are awesome. Came when they said they would, although we need a new garage door they fixed the broken one as best they could til the new one can be installed which is tomorrow!!! What a wonderful experience! I explained the warranty issue we had with the garage door trim or seal (not sure of the terminology) which was assessed and agreed to be an issue. They got down to doing the fixing the issue and it was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. My husband inspected it afterwards and was quite happy with the results. One of my 'Go to' companies here in Florida. Thank you so much!

Our service man was Mike Fanning. We had a spring break ( of three ) on a Sunday. Mike was able to get to our home at 7:30pm. Our springs were 22 years old. We decided to replace all three. Mike is a pro. Had all three done in 80 minutes. Fantastic job. Mike is polite, clean and a great worker. Highly recommend Precision and Mike Fanning as the Techinician

Have used you since moving here (over 16 years). Always on time, technicians very friendly, dressed well. Robert was very attentive, did the work he felt was needed. I got 2 bearings replaced on my door that just had the main spring replaced in Nov. I think the price actually was a little steep - $286.00 for two outer bearings to be replaced. Not sure why the tech that was here in Nov didn't notice this and I would've had them replaced then - maybe saving me some dollars. All in all the phone, techs, and their workmanship is great. Best contractor overall I have used for things around my house. (according to Robert there were no comments on the work order from Nov).

I read a lot of reviews before calling and getting my garage door serviced. I went with Precision. Travis Dobson was highly recommended. When I called I requested him. He did not disappoint. Not only did he perform quality work. My garage door sounds brand new. It has never sounded so good! He explained everything perfectly. Travis was one of the nicest people that I have ever met. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
