So we had a new garage installed a couple of years ago from Precision and apparently it wasn't installed correctly and failed.they came out today and fixed the door and didn't charge me anything. This is the 3rd or fourth time I've used Precision. called yesterday, came this morning - repaired one door and replaced spring mechanism on the other. Very professional, cleaned up afterwords, thorough explanation of what the services would be and the price. Done everything within about 1.5 hours as stated. Given all the contractors I've had at my home - these guys are the best by far. I don't even ask for quotes from other firms when it comes to the garage doors. I've had different techs and all great - this time it was Jose Rosario. Thanks to Jose and the team. I don't typically write reviews -Be safe.

The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way. Joshua, the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and if I ever need them in the future, I would not hesitate to call. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
