I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in. Upon arriving, they came in to the garage, inquired about what the problem was and proceeded to fix the problem. They located the most likely reason why the door wasn't opening properly and made the necessary adjustments necessary to fix it. It was something that I hadn't even considered that caused the problem, they really do know their business. The communication from scheduling the appt. and actual appt. were outstanding! The Service Tech Arnold Simpson was very professional and thorough on all aspects of the service call. I was presented with several different quotes on replacing the door opener to repairing this 23 year old Genie Door Opener! Mr. Arnold was friendly, professional and excellent at his work! She got our door to be installed the next day . When they came to install the door wolf called before he was coming .he showed up on time and was very very friendly and explained everything the whole time he was working . Wolf clean up after he was finished. Then he explained everything about the door and kept asking if we had any questions .
