Our service man was Mike Fanning. We had a spring break ( of three ) on a Sunday. Mike was able to get to our home at 7:30pm. Our springs were 22 years old. We decided to replace all three. Mike is a pro. Had all three done in 80 minutes. Fantastic job. Mike is polite, clean and a great worker. Highly recommend Precision and Mike Fanning as the Techinician

The technician, Mike Fanning, did a fantastic job explaining the issues the door had and the breakdown of costs to fix it. When he completed the job, he went over everything with me and the door works beautifully! He also arrived at the front end of the time frame which was great. Very polite and knowledgeable.

WOW! We were in a pickle with a broken garage door and a house inspection for closing in two days. Precision was the only company to call me right back and were there the next day. The technician explained what happened and he had the parts on his truck. All fixed within an hour. Price for service was less than we anticipated. I would recommend Precison be your first call.

When I called to have a technician look at my garage door opener, I didn’t expect an appointment until earliest tomorrow. Luckily there was a tech in my area and arrived in about an hour. Mike, the tech, looked at my problems and gave me a reasonable written quote and 1 1/2 hrs later completed the job. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Thanks Precision for great work!
