This is the 3rd or fourth time I've used Precision. called yesterday, came this morning - repaired one door and replaced spring mechanism on the other. Very professional, cleaned up afterwords, thorough explanation of what the services would be and the price. Done everything within about 1.5 hours as stated. Given all the contractors I've had at my home - these guys are the best by far. I don't even ask for quotes from other firms when it comes to the garage doors. I've had different techs and all great - this time it was Jose Rosario. Thanks to Jose and the team. I don't typically write reviews -Be safe.

Josh got right to work on installing a new Triple Touch Bottom Seal on our garage door. He was done quickly and was very thorough in explaining other areas of the garage door to keep an eye on. We used Precision when we lived in Palm Harbor that was an excellent experience and this was no exception.

I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in. Upon arriving, they came in to the garage, inquired about what the problem was and proceeded to fix the problem. They located the most likely reason why the door wasn't opening properly and made the necessary adjustments necessary to fix it. It was something that I hadn't even considered that caused the problem, they really do know their business. We choose Precision from visiting their website and reading several reviews and what brands of garage door openers they service. The communication from scheduling the appt. and actual appt. were outstanding! The Service Tech Arnold Simpson was very professional and thorough on all aspects of the service call. I was presented with several different quotes on replacing the door opener to repairing this 23 year old Genie Door Opener! Mr. Arnold was friendly, professional and excellent at his work! He replaced all of the nylon rollers along with the Genie Trolley and lubricated the entire door. We will recommended your company anytime we speak with any of our neighbors now and in the future.
