Explained my problem to James, the Precision service tech that made the on site visit. He discussed all of the options that were available to me from repairing a twenty 23 year old unit to a fulll replacement. I chose the upgraded unit with wifi access which allows me to use my phone to activate the door. James did a great job explaining the different options and costs related to each. Once I made the final decision on the best option for me he immediately went to work and completed the project in a timewith no problem.ly fashion. (Garage door opener, new spring and rubber bottom door seal.) I downloaded the door opening app on my phone easily and was able to activate the door from my phone. James was very helpful and friendly through out the process.

I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in.
