I had the pleasure of dealing with Precision Overhead Garage Door. To be perfectly honest my family is dealing with a critical illness with a family member and our garage door stopped working. We wanted to get this taken care of as soon as possible, We had the pleasure of meeting Sean ( I believe that was his name ) today Saturday 11/19/22. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a very diligent worker. Our experience with him was excellent, I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Brian was very nice to talk with about my door problem. He answered all my questions and showed me why I had a problem in the first place. He worked on my door and fixed it so it opens correctly and lubed all the places that needed it. Precision was able to come out the same day I called for an appointment. I would difinitely recommend Precision Doors.

I was impressed from the first phone call. Customer service was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I set up an appointment for a few days after my call. I received a call on the day of my appointment to see if I wanted to move my appointment to a early am time. I agreed and fifteen minuets before my appointment I received a call from Travis Dobson that he would be at my home. This kind of service does not happen much any more. In fact lately I have made appointments and nobody showed up and they didn't even bother to call. Travis was very patient with me and explained the different types of garage door openers and options. He also upgraded my not so quality garage door from another company that was installed ten years ago. After he was done with the installation he spent time showing me all the options of my new opener. He even programed the transmitter in my new car. I like the option that I can control the garage door from my cell phone. I am very pleased with the quality products and service from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I enjoyed working with Travis. Precision is very fortunate to have Travis as one of their Technician's. RW

Great experience. Knowledgeable tech, polite. I found out that I needed most of the hardware changed on my 35 year old garage door. Made my appointment through the chat app. Confirmation provided. Got call in AM. Garage is fixed with new Genie professional grade opener to replace over worked 8 year old Chamberlain unit. Thank you Precision you’re definitely getting all my business in the future, and my recommendation. It’s amazing that my tech had everything in the truck with him. I’m and out in under 2 hours. We even gave him water and soda. He was appreciative that we thought if his health and safety .

Let me start by saying a thank you to tech Josh Hinks for his knowledge and professional. He explained and didn't pressure me at all. Showed me problems that needed to be addressed of my 18 year old door that I didn't relies . (ie; cables,springs ) The door now is working like new again after I had to replace the Gene door opener. The reason I called Precision door is that they were able to send a tech out that day . ( no one wants to manually lift a door through out a weekend ) I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I choose Precision because of their presence in the community. I see their trucks all over our area. So I called and made a appointment, and got service next day, awesome! Josh was the tech that came out to my house, and My Man was, the man for the job! Great service, very professional and personable! Explained the job from start to finish. And got my garage door back in Tip-Top shape you can only about 2 hours. Highly recommend Precision as a company to turn to when you garage door is not working correctly!
