Our garage door opener quit,went online and was just Lucky enough to contact Precision Door. Sean McAndrew called before his arrival,was on time, and very personable. Explained everything,no high pressure selling.We bought the opener Sean installed it. Went over all instructions,programed in door pad and car remotes and cleaned up all trash. Very pleased and we give them 5 stars! Will diffently recommend them and if needed they will be the Company we call! James (Jim) Glenn
