Our garage door opener quit,went online and was just Lucky enough to contact Precision Door. Sean McAndrew called before his arrival,was on time, and very personable. Explained everything,no high pressure selling.We bought the opener Sean installed it. Went over all instructions,programed in door pad and car remotes and cleaned up all trash. We recently had a garage door motor and some ancillary parts replaced. After a few days the door began to screech when it was opening or closing, particularly when closing. I came home from work on Tuesday evening and opened my garage door, when I pushed the button to close it, the motor quit working.
