I was very happy with Matt's service, despite the fact that he couldn't get around in the garage due to our furniture (we just moved in). He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our garage door issue. He gave us an estimate that we are happy with and will be contacting Precision once we move everything into the house.

Andy came out to replace the cables on the door because one had snapped. He found the previous owner had mismatched springs installed and that's why the door was difficult to open. We're extremely happy with his service as the door operates better than the day we moved in.

Had lots of problems with our garage door. I made an online request (after hours) and received my call the next morning. They immediately set an appointment and Christian came this morning. Our price was a little steep because we had multiple problems. However, Christian was able to work out a plan for us, fixed our door within 2 hours, and I am happy happy. Thank you so much.
