Sticker shock !! I think it was quite pricey but the service tech Josh Hink was awesome! He was knowledgeable and speedy and friendly. He looked over the entire door to make sure all was good and made the recommended repairs. He replaced the springs rollers and bearings. He even showed me the worn out parts after he removed them. I will use Precision again for sure.

I contacted several garage door companies. This company responded quickly and was able to send a tech out the same day. I also loved that they shared a picture of the tech assigned to the job like that you know who is coming to your house. Highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Why have I stayed so long? Because on Sunday, I called 3 other companies because I could not get out of my garage. The person who answered the phone told me she had a tech on duty and she could have him at my house within 2 hours! That is definition of customer service service! The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, professional and customer focused. Their explanations are clear and they always provide the pros and cons of the issue and solution.

I had Andrew Hornsby out to my house last night for a panel change out and a new 3/4 hp motor install, as the one I had was really aged and loud. Although it was late, and a really long day for Andrew, he maintained a professional attitude and was really congenial as he was working steadily. He not only made me feel confident about the change out, as a customer, but explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions so we fully understood the capacity of the unit and the amenities that go with it. I told Andrew he is a real asset to Precision Door and that I would love to have him as an employee for my company, mostly based off his positivity and great work ethic Dave Carlsen

Yes, Precision did meet my expectations. Braxton was very courteous really nice guy. He also showed me some other items that need to be addressed. My garage door was installed back in 1998. So it just time to make the repairs. Broken spring and some other items. Well I'm aware of Precision so I made the call. My door broke on Sunday, no problem they sent Braxton right away. He really did a nice job and cleaned up after himself. If you have garage door problems. Don't mess around call the best.
