Jerome looked over the job after I explained what happened with the door. He listened and asked a few questions then made an assessment and clearly explained what he felt needed to be done and gave a few options that could defer some of the work to save a few dollars. You could say his presentation was balanced with the customer needs and the company need for time versus profit. He worked in a manner that didn't sacrifice quality for speed and cleaned up after completing the job. His work ethics and overall performance was a ten, being the highest compliment. If I had a friend or family member who owned a garage door business, I would have called them and recommended they hire him with incentive of more monies and benefits. It is rare today to find such employees as Jerome, that don't mind working hard and care about doing it right the first time.
