He was very professional and after assessing the problem with the garage door he explained the problem with the door and provided what I felt was a fair estimate to repair the door. He then repaired the door that day, from the time he got here to the finishing of the repairs was a total of at least 2 hours! Our garage door went out and we called Precision. They had a tech out the next day, Jesse. They not only came on time and as promised but also repaired it the same day! Jesse was so professional and courteous and walked us through every stage of the repair. He asked us questions to make sure we were satisfied and even went over the invoice. He even provided us with his business card and thanked us for our business. Then after he left we received a copy of our payment via email. I could not ask for a better more professional company. I will definitely recommend!

Our technician, Luke, arrived on schedule did an analysis and explained to us our options. We decided to replace the opener. Luke was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took out the old unit and installed the new one in less than an hour. Luke is truly an excellent technician and is a great asset for Precision Garage Door!
