Customer service is alive and well! First of all I called for an appointment on Saturday morning and by the end of the day the repairs were complete. Mike arrived on time, exhibited a professional attitude and appearance. Provided a complete inspection and several options with NO high pressure sales pitch. The repairs were professionally completed, provided a complete explanation work performed and the equipment operation. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service if you want superior service at a competitive price.

We recently had a garage door motor and some ancillary parts replaced. After a few days the door began to screech when it was opening or closing, particularly when closing. I called Precision, who had done the repairs and they came out quickly fixed the problem (which was unrelated to their previous repairs) at no cost to us. I greatly appreciated there prompt attention! Kudos to James, who was informative and professional. In the past I had another garage door company, but Precision far surpassed them. Precision will be our company from this point on.

I came home from work on Tuesday evening and opened my garage door, when I pushed the button to close it, the motor quit working. I was getting company from up North on Thursday and thinking I have to find someone to fix this right away. Wednesday morning while reading the newspaper there was an ad about garage door repair. I called and they came out that day. We decided to have a new opener installed and we are so happy we did. The technician was so pleasant and professional, discussed everything with us and now I have a super quiet garage door with the new advanced features I had been wanting for awhile. You can't go wrong calling this company.
