I can’t say enough about the service we received today. Our garage door started making an awful racket and got slower and slower for opening. Chad from Precision took the time to explain and show me what needed to be replaced, what should be replaced and what didn’t need to be replaced. I called this morning after coming back from shopping and the garage door seemed like it hit something, but it made a terrible noise and looked like it was going to fall. Called Precision and they were wonderful within a few hours Chris Carelas was here and did a amazing job to fix the door just a wonderful job. He had to repair, the bar , springs etc all was done to our satisfactory. I would recommend them (Chris) in a heart beat. thank you for your wonderful work and so glad I called them.
