Excellent job, very efficient. They had installed ours in 2005 and it was still working; I just thought it needed to be "updated" before something quit! After that long, I would think it would be possible for something to fail. At any rate, it's alot quieter now with the new hardware and motors too. Thank you for the great service and result. (There were alot of parts replaced so I'm just checking belt drive.)

I called this morning after coming back from shopping and the garage door seemed like it hit something, but it made a terrible noise and looked like it was going to fall. Called Precision and they were wonderful within a few hours Chris Carelas was here and did a amazing job to fix the door just a wonderful job. He had to repair, the bar , springs etc all was done to our satisfactory. I would recommend them (Chris) in a heart beat. thank you for your wonderful work and so glad I called them.
