The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way. Joshua, the technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Josh got right to work on installing a new Triple Touch Bottom Seal on our garage door. He was done quickly and was very thorough in explaining other areas of the garage door to keep an eye on.
