The large main spring over the garage door broke in half, could not open the door. I remembered seeing your commercials on tv and decided to call. I made the call on a Sunday, but unfortunately they could not come out till Monday. They accommodated the time frame that I needed for Monday and the Technician called me, told me his name and said he was on his way.
