Our garage door needed extensive work. All the parts were worn out. The technician, James Rodey, was very professional and did a great job. He showed us all the worn parts and explained the necessary repairs. We can't remember the last time our garage door was so quiet. We would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

Our technician was outstanding. He did a great job fixing our door, taking down our old opener and installing our new opener. Then after he was done he explained everything he did and how to use my new equipment. I am very happy with the service I received. Especially since it's from a fellow service member. If I ever have a problem again I will definitely call back to you guys again, and hopefully have the same tech do the work.
