I had to have my garage door springs, plate and bracket and wheels replaced when I expected only to have 1 spring replaced. Well, Jose the service tech explained the reasoning for the replacements and gave me payment options that I was able to work with. Jose was truly a professional and completed the work timely and efficient; Precision should be happy they have such a stellar employee who took the time with the customer. I will call Precision for all my needs in the future.

Poor customer service. Technician offered to split my payments via four monthly installments. Underwent an antiquated process of providing four post-dated checks, instead of being to set up via EFT. Precision is now processing these checks weekly as opposed to monthly, per the signed agreement. Not sure how this is an oversight when the checks are DATED. Called today, and they are to mail a check back out to me. They claimed that the fastest way to refund Is via debit card, which they told me I could not use to make the monthly installments (what a joke)! This had been a bad experience from the start, with an attempt to get me to replace parts not needed, to the accounting practices. Will not recommend this company!

Jordan was well organized and performed his job efficiently and displayed proficiency. Excellent job, very efficient. They had installed ours in 2005 and it was still working; I just thought it needed to be "updated" before something quit! After that long, I would think it would be possible for something to fail. At any rate, it's alot quieter now with the new hardware and motors too. Thank you for the great service and result. (There were alot of parts replaced so I'm just checking belt drive.)
