Our technician was prompt and courteous. I was surprised that the cost he presented was much higher than the price range quoted over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. He took the time to explain the additional repairs and show us the parts in question. The work was done in a reasonable time frame, and the garage door works excellently. He was personable and competent. I would recommend him to a friend.

I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in. Upon arriving, they came in to the garage, inquired about what the problem was and proceeded to fix the problem. They located the most likely reason why the door wasn't opening properly and made the necessary adjustments necessary to fix it. It was something that I hadn't even considered that caused the problem, they really do know their business. The communication from scheduling the appt. and actual appt. were outstanding! The Service Tech Arnold Simpson was very professional and thorough on all aspects of the service call. I called and the young lady that answered was very nice and she set up for the technician to call me when he was in his way. About 15 minutes later he call to say he was on the way and he arrived on time. He came in and I showed him what I needed and told me he would do a inspection and let know how much it would cost.
