Precision Garage Door of Spring Hill

I have previously used Precision for my garage door repairs. The service has always been fantastic and very professional and with a quick response. So now that I need a new garage door due to the hurricane I did not hesitate to call Precision again. I received a fair quote and requested they install my new garage door. I know if for any reason I need them to come back out they will respond immediately. Great staff and great company.

Hello, My name is Louis Badami; Your company installed a new "GENIE" garage door opener yesterday (8/1/24) at my home (job # 90126481); I received an email from Carlos Morales, your company President, asking for any comments I might have reguardeing the installation porcess. I chose your Co. because your are local, same day appoinment availability, BBB accredited & Good recommendations. The installer, Manuel Planos did any Excellent Job on the installation. He was knowledgable, helpfull and friendly, he explained the operation of the unit to me. I have two issues, as follows; 1-He said I would NOT be charged a credit card fee, my invoice has an estimated financing fee of $30.15?? 2- I asked if there were any AARP, Senior, Military or other discounts that may apply? He Never replied to the question, nor is there a discount reflected on the paid in full invoice. PLEASE REMOVE THE FINANCING FEE AND APPLY ANY DISCOUNTS THAT MAY APPLY? I also left a message for Mr. Morales to return my call, Thank you!

Door is making clunking noise when opening, tech. advised it‘s not an issue, bottom panel is just rocking as its rollers meet the bend at top. Tech. was polite and friendly. All good, thank you.

I anticipated a charge of ~$700.00 My vehicle was trapped in the garage, I needed it out, so I reluctantly signed after probing your tech. Rest assured, when I'm asked in the future by the community's blog about service providers , I certainly will recommend to the 1,800 residents of Wellington at Seven Hills that they go elsewhere, or at least seek multiple quotes. This weekend my new garge door would not close. Acted like the saftey beam was blocking the door from closing. I looked for anything that would be a cause for it to not close. Could not find anything wrong. Of course when the man came to check the door out...it closed. He did some adjustment, making it run quiter and lubericated all of the moving parts. Tech Orion was very professional and knowledgeable. I explained my concerns and items I thought needed attention. After examining the door, he answered all my questions and explained what he found wrong, needed immediate attention, and items that could be replaced sometime in the future. We also reviewed the cost to do each of the items and how long it would take to complete.
