My husband and I received a quote from three places two months before we purchased. Precision and the other company kept in touch with us during that 60 day wait. During that time my husband and I built a custom door which we needed requoted from both companies. Ultimately, Precision was the winner, not only did they respond quickly but they price matched so we could get the exact option we wanted at the best price. A minor delay from the manufacturer, which I expected, but once the door came in the install was scheduled for the next day and the installers were amazing. Everyone was fantastic, we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to partner with Precision!

called Precision and scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door. The scheduled it within the timeframe I needed was prompt and inform me all the way up to the time Luis Pizarro showed up. Luis did a quick assessment of the problem and informed me how he would perform the repair. My bad luck it was the Genie door opener that was bad. Luis Pizarro gave me a few solutions and a few options on pricing. Once the money option was out of the way Luis went to work and had the job completed professional and very thorough, not only did i have the broken garage door opener replaced i had Luis install a 2nd opener in my other garage, Thank you guys for not only sending a very professional person but also for working with me on pricing. Chris was on time and very helpful. Was given an estimate and what was covered under warranty in just a few minutes. Repair was made right away and he explained everything.the whole job of replacing the overhead springs and reinforcement plate only took around an hour or so. I would recommend to anyone who needs service.

I’m fairly new to this area. However, I see the Precision truck in my community a lot & I thought that was a good sign because there services are frequently used. I’m so glad I called,it was on a Sunday night & was told that they would send a technician out Monday morning at 8am. & they came came right on time. I needed a new Garage Door Opener & roller repair. Work was done in around 2 hrs. Although it was an unexpected expense I was able to work out a payment plan. Sticker shock !! I think it was quite pricey but the service tech Josh Hink was awesome! He was knowledgeable and speedy and friendly. He looked over the entire door to make sure all was good and made the recommended repairs. He replaced the springs rollers and bearings. He even showed me the worn out parts after he removed them. I will use Precision again for sure.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Why have I stayed so long? Because on Sunday, I called 3 other companies because I could not get out of my garage. The person who answered the phone told me she had a tech on duty and she could have him at my house within 2 hours! That is definition of customer service service! The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, professional and customer focused. Their explanations are clear and they always provide the pros and cons of the issue and solution.

My technician Lucas was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was quick to diagnose the problem and went right to work on fixing the problem. Turns out I just needed an adjustment to my garage door. He had my door up and working within 45 minutes. The price was reasonable too! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door!

Yes, Precision did meet my expectations. Braxton was very courteous really nice guy. He also showed me some other items that need to be addressed. My garage door was installed back in 1998. So it just time to make the repairs. Broken spring and some other items. Well I'm aware of Precision so I made the call. My door broke on Sunday, no problem they sent Braxton right away. He really did a nice job and cleaned up after himself. If you have garage door problems. Don't mess around call the best.
