I am a first time customer. I was very impressed overall- from booking the appointment, to the communication the day of, to the competency and professionalism of the technician ( Austin). I very much appreciated his approach of diagnosing the problem, not just jumping to a replacement. The opener is 20 years old and on its last legs, so o know it’s just a matter of time. Austin provided a quote for a replacement, so I know who will be performing that work when the time comes..

Called for service on my garage door. Technician arrived within an hour, gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed the garage door in a short amount of time. I was VERY pleased with the customer service representative on the phone and the technician specialist that came to my home. Lucas was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of letting in the cold air and let us know exactly what to expect and how much. Thank you Lucas! Highly recommend Precision and would definitely use their services again!

Precision Garage Door was prompt to arrive and change-out the broken spring, left and right worn bearing plates along with the center flanged ball bearing. The Residential Technician, Cameron Lark, was professional and courteous.

My husband and I received a quote from three places two months before we purchased. Precision and the other company kept in touch with us during that 60 day wait. During that time my husband and I built a custom door which we needed requoted from both companies. Ultimately, Precision was the winner, not only did they respond quickly but they price matched so we could get the exact option we wanted at the best price. A minor delay from the manufacturer, which I expected, but once the door came in the install was scheduled for the next day and the installers were amazing. Everyone was fantastic, we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to partner with Precision!

called Precision and scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door. The scheduled it within the timeframe I needed was prompt and inform me all the way up to the time Luis Pizarro showed up. Luis did a quick assessment of the problem and informed me how he would perform the repair. My bad luck it was the Genie door opener that was bad. Luis Pizarro gave me a few solutions and a few options on pricing. Once the money option was out of the way Luis went to work and had the job completed professional and very thorough, not only did i have the broken garage door opener replaced i had Luis install a 2nd opener in my other garage, Thank you guys for not only sending a very professional person but also for working with me on pricing. I look forward to recommending you in the future. Thanks again Patrick

I’m fairly new to this area. However, I see the Precision truck in my community a lot & I thought that was a good sign because there services are frequently used. I’m so glad I called,it was on a Sunday night & was told that they would send a technician out Monday morning at 8am. & they came came right on time. I needed a new Garage Door Opener & roller repair. Work was done in around 2 hrs. Although it was an unexpected expense I was able to work out a payment plan. Every detail & instruction for job was explained & any questions I had were answered. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, I was very pleased.

Sticker shock !! I think it was quite pricey but the service tech Josh Hink was awesome! He was knowledgeable and speedy and friendly. He looked over the entire door to make sure all was good and made the recommended repairs. He replaced the springs rollers and bearings. He even showed me the worn out parts after he removed them. I will use Precision again for sure.
