MIKE MY TECHICAN WAS HERE I GREETED HIM AT THE DOOR & I SHOWED HIM THE PROBLEM & HE OVERLOOKED THE SITUATION & TOLD ME GO RELAX & HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. IT FELT LIKE 15-MINUTES & HE CAME & TOLD THE JOJ WAS DONE & FIXED. HE SHOWED ME WHAT HE HAD DONE & TOLD ME NO CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.HE WAS TRULY PROFESSIONAL & VERY COURTEOUS & THAT'S WHY I WILL KEEP USING PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. THANK YOU!! Sticker shock !! I think it was quite pricey but the service tech Josh Hink was awesome! He was knowledgeable and speedy and friendly. He looked over the entire door to make sure all was good and made the recommended repairs. He replaced the springs rollers and bearings. He even showed me the worn out parts after he removed them. I will use Precision again for sure.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Why have I stayed so long? Because on Sunday, I called 3 other companies because I could not get out of my garage. The person who answered the phone told me she had a tech on duty and she could have him at my house within 2 hours! That is definition of customer service service! The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, professional and customer focused. Their explanations are clear and they always provide the pros and cons of the issue and solution.

My technician Lucas was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was quick to diagnose the problem and went right to work on fixing the problem. Turns out I just needed an adjustment to my garage door. He had my door up and working within 45 minutes. The price was reasonable too! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door!

Yes, Precision did meet my expectations. Braxton was very courteous really nice guy. He also showed me some other items that need to be addressed. My garage door was installed back in 1998. So it just time to make the repairs. Broken spring and some other items. Well I'm aware of Precision so I made the call. My door broke on Sunday, no problem they sent Braxton right away. He really did a nice job and cleaned up after himself. If you have garage door problems. Don't mess around call the best.

The technician was here within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. The belt assembly was worn and replaced it. Additionally, he fixed a problem with the shutting mechanism and greased the motor for No Charge!! He also gave me 10% off for being a retired fireman. First class individual and company.

Precision Garage Doors are the best by far if you need ANYTHING done that pertains to your garage doors. I needed a replacement after incurring damage to my grarge door. I called another company located in Springhill. They came and quoted me $1670.00 to replace the three damaged sections. Nothing else. I called PRECISION they came right out. They quoted me $1590 [for a brand new door, rollers,and other parts. They also had to replace and rebuild the frame on the inside of my garage. The techs were excellent. They answered all of my questions as well. They made double sure all was operating before they left. I WOULD. RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR TO ANYONE. THEY'RE THE BEST!
