Precision Garage Door Service is the only garage door company I will use. I've used the several times, for my door in Treasure Island FL and in Spring Hill FL. They are not the cheapest in town but they are the best. As the commercials say, they come with fully stocked service vans so they can complete the job on the first call. My service tech Mike, was professional and knowledgeable. He inspected my door an pointed out a couple of failing items that the average homeowner would not notice if he or she didn't know what to look for. Mike took time to fix my door correctly and it now runs like new. The only reason for the 4 star review and not a 5 star is when I called on Saturday to place the service call I was told I was on the schedule for the same day between 2pm and 6pm. So I stayed home and at 6:30pm no one called nor showed up and when I called back the rep had no record of my request. She apologized and set me up for a Sunday service call that was executed flawlessly. Kudos to Precision!

Great service. I called around 8 30 am for a broken spring. They answered right away and she said the service tech would call back shortly with an eta. Josh called back and was here in less than an hour and I just decided to replace both springs. He checked everything out He was finished before 11.00 am. Really nice to get the job done so quick within hours of calling.

I was locked out of house and wouldn’t you know it, my garage keypad decided to give up ghost on this day. I changed the batteries & it still didn't work. So I called Precision & they sent out, the same day, a very nice technician, Michael McMann. He listened to my saga and validated my concern. He checked our main drive on garage door and such enough, the keypad died. Michael replaced it & help me set up a new PIN. He was very polite & knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the efficiency & competency of Precision. We’ve used them before & will again.

Cody and Shawn did an outstanding job in replacing the garage unit. Cody explained everything that needed to be done and advised us of the military discount etc. After the work was completed, he went over everything. Precision fixed my door before and I was pleased so I'm a repeat customer. Josh was very courteous and professional. He tweaked the motor and hopefully the door will remain shut and not rise on its own. 4 Stars for now - 5 if my door operates normally. TBD.
