Second experience with Josh from precision. He was extremely courteous, professional and personable. No one likes to spend money on things like garage door repair, however i know it is quality work and a quality product. I highly recommend Josh and Precision.

Our door suddenly started binding when closing. We called Precision and they put us on the schedule right away. Luke came out, inspected everything and diagnosed the problem right away. He made the necessary adjustments to make it right. The door works like new now. Luke was very friendly and professional. He came out, went to work right away and knew exactly what to do. This weekend my new garge door would not close. Acted like the saftey beam was blocking the door from closing. I looked for anything that would be a cause for it to not close. After examining the door, he answered all my questions and explained what he found wrong, needed immediate attention, and items that could be replaced sometime in the future.
