Highly recommend First, the reception on the phone by Molly(?) was pleasant and she was both helpful and knowledgeable, Great first impression for first time potential customer. Chris, the technician was on time, professional /personal. Gave me an honest evaluation of my garage door system and performed the work with all the parts already on his truck. Price was fair with some parts being given for no charge. Overall a positive experience.

My garage door opener, the pad outside, quit working and they showed up to fix it the same day I called them. Not only did they fix it they had to do a factory reboot on my ap to open the door and it took about an hour. I was expecting to have an expensive service call. When the repairs were completed and he said no charge I about fainted. What a company, great service, outstanding service technicians and they obviously stand for product. Great company!

I cannot say enough good about this incredible and professional company. They show up when they say, have techs who know what they are doing and show old fashioned values. Today, we were very fortunate to cross paths with Joshua, the technician sent to assess and repair our garage door. He is not only a great repairman but a wonderful man. Thank you, Joshua! You are an example that goodness and light are still alive and well in the world!

Today I had a new garage door installed by Precision. The installer, Grant, called me 30 minutes before he was to arrive at my home. He was extremely prompt. He told me that once he was finished with the job he would go over everything with me and answer any questions I had. He did a fantastic job putting up my new garage door. He was extremely competent, informative and efficient. When he finished the job my garage door looked absolutely beautiful and it gave my house a nice clean new look. Grant told me that if I had any problems or concerns with the door I could call the company immediately and they would take care of any concerns that I had. I am very pleased with the product and I am very happy with the workmanship of Grant. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone contemplating putting in a new garage door or perhaps even just the repair of their existing door. THANK YOU GAIL DURSO

Will say … THE BEST experience. Purchased everything but the motor. Motor was good. No need to get new. Suggested by Ms Rebecca, sales. Discussed in details. AND John, installer/technician … Knowledgeable and fast. Friendly too… Always ask for THESE two.

I have previously used Precision for my garage door repairs. The service has always been fantastic and very professional and with a quick response. So now that I need a new garage door due to the hurricane I did not hesitate to call Precision again. I received a fair quote and requested they install my new garage door. I know if for any reason I need them to come back out they will respond immediately. Great staff and great company.

Hello, My name is Louis Badami; Your company installed a new "GENIE" garage door opener yesterday (8/1/24) at my home (job # 90126481); I received an email from Carlos Morales, your company President, asking for any comments I might have reguardeing the installation porcess. I chose your Co. because your are local, same day appoinment availability, BBB accredited & Good recommendations. The installer, Manuel Planos did any Excellent Job on the installation. He was knowledgable, helpfull and friendly, he explained the operation of the unit to me. I have two issues, as follows; 1-He said I would NOT be charged a credit card fee, my invoice has an estimated financing fee of $30.15?? 2- I asked if there were any AARP, Senior, Military or other discounts that may apply? He Never replied to the question, nor is there a discount reflected on the paid in full invoice. PLEASE REMOVE THE FINANCING FEE AND APPLY ANY DISCOUNTS THAT MAY APPLY? I also left a message for Mr. Morales to return my call, Thank you!

The Sales Rep, installer were here when they were scheduled to be at my home. Both were very courteous and answered all my questions regarding the replacement of my garage door. I did not feel like I asking dumb questions, nor being taken advantage of for being a single, older woman. Jeannie in the office was always very helpful and even returned my phone calls. You don't find a company with the customer service that was given. Would definitely recommend your company,
