Today I had a new garage door installed by Precision. The installer, Grant, called me 30 minutes before he was to arrive at my home. He was extremely prompt. He told me that once he was finished with the job he would go over everything with me and answer any questions I had. He did a fantastic job putting up my new garage door. He was extremely competent, informative and efficient. When he finished the job my garage door looked absolutely beautiful and it gave my house a nice clean new look. Grant told me that if I had any problems or concerns with the door I could call the company immediately and they would take care of any concerns that I had. I am very pleased with the product and I am very happy with the workmanship of Grant. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone contemplating putting in a new garage door or perhaps even just the repair of their existing door. THANK YOU GAIL DURSO

I have previously used Precision for my garage door repairs. The service has always been fantastic and very professional and with a quick response. So now that I need a new garage door due to the hurricane I did not hesitate to call Precision again. I received a fair quote and requested they install my new garage door. I know if for any reason I need them to come back out they will respond immediately. Great staff and great company.

Precision doors came to my house the same day and fixed my opener which had quit working. Unfortunately I did not get the tech's name but he was very nice, professional and anwered all my questions. Hello, My name is Louis Badami; Your company installed a new "GENIE" garage door opener yesterday (8/1/24) at my home (job # 90126481); I received an email from Carlos Morales, your company President, asking for any comments I might have reguardeing the installation porcess. I chose your Co. because your are local, same day appoinment availability, BBB accredited & Good recommendations. The installer, Manuel Planos did any Excellent Job on the installation. He was knowledgable, helpfull and friendly, he explained the operation of the unit to me. I have two issues, as follows; 1-He said I would NOT be charged a credit card fee, my invoice has an estimated financing fee of $30.15?? 2- I asked if there were any AARP, Senior, Military or other discounts that may apply? He Never replied to the question, nor is there a discount reflected on the paid in full invoice. PLEASE REMOVE THE FINANCING FEE AND APPLY ANY DISCOUNTS THAT MAY APPLY? I also left a message for Mr. Morales to return my call, Thank you!

Joshua Hink, the garage door technician called and came out early. He was able to give us an estimate for repairing and updating our single spring to a double spring unit. I'll be happy to share my story, factually and truthfully, about gouging I experienced. In retrospect, I should've sent your tech back to the shop, paid for the estimate, and taken an Uber to the doc. btw, Orion Mancini is a top notch mechanic and credit to your gold-mine.

Our door suddenly started binding when closing. We called Precision and they put us on the schedule right away. Luke came out, inspected everything and diagnosed the problem right away. He made the necessary adjustments to make it right. The door works like new now. Luke was very friendly and professional. He came out, went to work right away and knew exactly what to do.
