Service is excellent, the service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for hardware were way too extreme. For example, I was quoted for a new Garage Door Brace Bracket $165. Found one for $22 delivered. Also was quoted over $600 for 24 Garage Door Wheels Really. Anyway I understand we all have to make a living. But in this aspect, just did NOT make any sense. Ended up breaking the wire spool today and made a call to Precision. The lady who answered the phone was amazing and told me they would have a tech out today. Tech called to let me know he was on his way. He took a look and told us what needed to be done. He have a couple recommended options. Both of which he assured us he had parts on the truck to do the job. Will definitely call in the future with issues. THANK YOU!!!
