Friends of mine referred me to Precision for the same problem, a broken spring on garage door. They were very Pleased with the Service, and so am I!!! Chris came n explained that he'd look n assess the problem, then give me options to choose from. I chose an option, Chris got right to work, n before I knew it, he was done! Poor customer service. Technician offered to split my payments via four monthly installments. Underwent an antiquated process of providing four post-dated checks, instead of being to set up via EFT. Precision is now processing these checks weekly as opposed to monthly, per the signed agreement. Not sure how this is an oversight when the checks are DATED. Called today, and they are to mail a check back out to me. They claimed that the fastest way to refund Is via debit card, which they told me I could not use to make the monthly installments (what a joke)! This had been a bad experience from the start, with an attempt to get me to replace parts not needed, to the accounting practices. Will not recommend this company!

I called this morning after coming back from shopping and the garage door seemed like it hit something, but it made a terrible noise and looked like it was going to fall. Called Precision and they were wonderful within a few hours Chris Carelas was here and did a amazing job to fix the door just a wonderful job.
