Our technician was prompt and courteous. I was surprised that the cost he presented was much higher than the price range quoted over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. He took the time to explain the additional repairs and show us the parts in question. The work was done in a reasonable time frame, and the garage door works excellently. The garage door kept getting stuck. Jim diagnosed it to the outlet being intermittent. He did not give me a bill. We are repeat customers for a reason. He came when they said he would and called first.

I called and the young lady that answered was very nice and she set up for the technician to call me when he was in his way. About 15 minutes later he call to say he was on the way and he arrived on time. He came in and I showed him what I needed and told me he would do a inspection and let know how much it would cost. He showed me my options and I picked the one I wanted. He then installed the springs and was done in no time. Like that your company was there for my needs, and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend you if someone needed use of your sevices.

I can’t say enough about the service we received today. Our garage door started making an awful racket and got slower and slower for opening. Chad from Precision took the time to explain and show me what needed to be replaced, what should be replaced and what didn’t need to be replaced. I didn’t feel pressured at all and I felt informed with what I was getting. Once the work was done, WOW what a difference! It’s so quiet and nice now.
