I had to have my garage door springs, plate and bracket and wheels replaced when I expected only to have 1 spring replaced. Well, Jose the service tech explained the reasoning for the replacements and gave me payment options that I was able to work with. Jose was truly a professional and completed the work timely and efficient; Precision should be happy they have such a stellar employee who took the time with the customer.
