Precision is a very professional and caring company. Yesterday we were locked in my garage and they had someone out here within 2 hrs. Their techs, Bryan and Arnold explained everything to us and our options to fix or replace an old motor. We were very pleased with the service they did. This is not my first time using this company and even their office reps were courteous. It's sometimes hard to find a reputable company like Precision. I would rate them AAAAA!

Andy came out to replace the cables on the door because one had snapped. He found the previous owner had mismatched springs installed and that's why the door was difficult to open. We're extremely happy with his service as the door operates better than the day we moved in.
